This imperial version of our double fruited strawberry, banana,& marshmallow Berliner Weisse formerly known as Island in the Sun, is undoubtedly bubblier. Bright acidity is tempered by a higher finishing gravity and residual sweetness for a smooth, superlative balance. A beer where life stand stills with your past is on pause & future yet to be known.
HOMECOMING
One of our original "Hazy" double IPA's that's constantly tweaked to draw out as much juice-like character as possible, utilizing the interactions of hops & expressive yeast. Leading with Vic Secret, & Citra for a tropical onslaught in the nose & palate, bitterness is restrained with a heavenly mouthfeel from the addition of malted & flaked oats.
LIQUID NEON
In Germany, it is common to serve a Berliner Weisse ‘mit Sirup’ or with syrup. Raspberry is a popular and traditional choice. With this special release, we look to recreate that experience for you. We’ve taken our sour German-style wheat ale and fermented it with raspberry puree for a refreshing twist on this unique ale. Crafted in small quantities to be savored for any occasion.
